HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We offer full refund or exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items and have the right to return within 14 days from the date of delivery. In the event you are missing an item from your order please contact us at hello@skin-shine.co

Unwanted beauty products must be returned unopened and within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Our products must be unused and in their original packaging when they are returned to us. Please contact us at hello@skin-shine.co to arrange return.

We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the product or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

For hygiene reasons, devices that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED IN MY RETURNS?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer and we do not cover them currently.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order at hello@skin-shine.co. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification/or cancellation you would like to make and we’ll confirm once it has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
